Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

Processing includes preparing your garment, completing our quality checks, carefully packaging your order, and handing it over to the delivery courier.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

UK Shipping

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and seasonal demand.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £100.

Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Krowvora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the courier to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time, Krowvora ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We're focusing on providing the best possible experience for our UK customers while we continue to grow. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
